The Job Search Is Hard Enough: A Conversation About Kindness | Becoming Series

Many people finish NYSC and enter a very uncertain phase: the job search. Applications, interviews, waiting, and sometimes rejection or silence. In this video from my Becoming series, I reflect on something simple but important: kindness. From recruiters to hiring managers and even fellow job seekers, extending grace can make a huge difference during this process. Searching for a job is already difficult. Sometimes what people need most is not just an opportunity, but understanding and humanity.
