Shangri-La Dragon Boat Team | Dragonbeat 2026

As we unveiled the inaugural Dragonbeat last Friday alongside the Shangri-La Stanley International Dragon Boat Championships where we were proud to serve as title sponsor, we are equally proud to celebrate the achievements of our very own Shangri-La Dragon Boat Team. Competing with heart and determination, the team brought home two accolades: the Plate Finals Merit Award in the Men's Division and the Silver Plate Finals Merit Award in the Mixed Corporate Division. Made up of 29 dedicated colleagues from our Hong Kong headquarters and properties across the Greater Bay Area, the team came together as one Shangri-La family. Week after week, they gave their personal time to train every Saturday—pushing through the summer heat, strengthening camaraderie, and showing what’s possible when we row in the same direction.
