The initial caller was a resident of Building 805 who reported the incident after seeing smoke from an explosion. The floor where the fire first ignited was Unit 1106, and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Regarding firefighting operations to date, Level 1 response was initiated at 11:08 AM, the initial fire was brought under control at 12:51 PM, and Level 1 response was lifted at 1:14 PM. Finally, the fire was completely extinguished at 1:18 PM. Having concluded the report on the firefighting situation, the Director of the Paju City Public Health Center will now brief on the casualties. There are a total of 4 casualties: 1 patient transported and 3 patients not transported. The transported patient is a male firefighter who was transferred to Paju Hospital, and his condition has improved. The 3 patients not transported suffered from simple smoke inhalation; they were all discharged after receiving emergency treatment at the scene. All 54 residents from 20 households in lines 5 and 6 of the apartment complex where the fire occurred have been fully evacuated. There are no additional casualties.
