I drove a nail through it. Cut it in half with scissors. Even lit its electrolyte on fire. Nothing happened. To find out why, I traveled to Taiwan and spent two days inside ProLogium, one of the world's leading solid-state battery manufacturers. After more than 20 years of development, they're now producing solid-state battery cells at gigawatt-hour scale, with an independently verified energy density of **360 Wh/kg**. But specifications only tell part of the story. We weighed the battery, measured it, cut it open, tested its electrolyte, and pushed it far beyond what most batteries would survive.
