Dear Wormwood - ACE ATTORNEY ANIMATIC

Drawing: Procreate Editing: Motion ninja and iMovie Game: Ace Attorney Dual Destinies Music: Dear Wormwood ~ heyhey! so here's some notes for this animatic: it's hard to interpret the timeline of things, but I do believe that simon worked with the real bobby fulbright for a small about of time before bobby died in the game. in this animatic, bobby really came to care about simon before the Phantom came along. and because the Phantom exactly copies whoever they're impersonating, I thought it ok that Simon came to care about bobby just as strongly, but not until after he "died". i am NOT a phantomquill shipper, that's not at all what this is. this is just simon coming to care about bobby but just a bit too late. oh yeah, the ending here is obviously like a deviation from canon, bc in my cool and awesome world, real Bobby is alive. obviously, in canon, bobby fulbright is dead (im pretty sure it was explicitly stated), but idgaf lol, so in this animatic, he was just a random unidentified john doe that had been found nearly dead in the woods and was in a coma for the entirety of dual destinies. then in the meantime his ghost/consciousness followed simon and the phantom (i was inspired by a MDZS fanfic called "asymtotic"). the phantom meant to kill bobby, but bc Bobby Fulbright is a baddie, he lived. I have a lot of feelings about BF and this is the culmination of my Sad Tragic feelings. I truly believe that the phantom can perfectly replicate his marks, so I do believe that the bobby fulbright in the game was exactly what he would have been like, with only VERY subtle nuances. he really believed in justice, but in canon he didn't get any. he was just another victim of the phantom, and his name was completely dragged through the mud bc of it. which is so tragic, don't look at me :,,,( again, this animatic is basically bc I was sad about bobby fulbright's fate, so I changed it heehee. ~ I love constructive criticism, but please know this took me 3 months to do because I've never done art on this sort of scale before. the art and such near the end is more what level I'm at now.
