PLAY 2026 was the setting for the world premiere of the new incarnation of the BANG! System: Black Flag, the pirate-themed game based on the international bestseller published by DV Games and created by Emiliano Sciarra. How could we not seize the opportunity to interview Emiliano himself and have him tell us about this highly anticipated new title, scheduled for release this fall? We also took the opportunity to talk with Emiliano about his new literary work, an essay that questions the principles of game criticism and, we're sure, will surely spark discussion and reflection.
