MTA [DKR]24.7 Freeroem++ , Flood Friday (GTA SA)

Every Friday theres a flood! hence the name . The flood starts oof low and gradualy rises engulfing the hole of SA in water apart from the emergency base at the top of MT chilaid. In this video im a firefighter and i rescue a few flood victims in LA from a mansion that gets submerged quickly in water. Also i take a submarine trip threw LA and SF to see the cities tottaly under water. The video ends with the water at its highest point (1mm below the base on MT chiliad) and some weird fat cj with a cop on his back. The next day is scorching saturday , the oposite of flood friday...
