Episode 13 for Wolfsgart 13 - Did I hit my deadline and make it to the show? | Cali MK1 Part 13

What a crazy week it's been! And, if you've already started watching the video, spoiler alert; I did make it to part of the show! Late nights and many attempts to start the car and it finally ran! It wasn't without difficulty though. The brakes seemed to plague me with a burst brake line, air in the master cylinder, and a seized brake proportioning valve on the rear beam. Getting the car to fire up also proved difficult with bypassing some of the wiring, and the starter motor not engaging. Once I had these both dialed in, it was off to the BagRiders Block Party! Unfortunately, on the way home, the coolant hose adapter I had to jerry rig for the heater core bypass blew apart, and in returning to the car the lock jammed with the key stuck in it. That, and the lack of left turn signals, brake lights, a working temperature gauge, and suspected right front calliper sticking meant I didn't take the car to any more of the show. I'm still super happy though as I hit my deadline and still made it to one of the events! I thought it best not to push my luck and now it's time to focus on the smaller problems now it's running and driving.
