ATTACK on TITAN: The Musical in New York City

Very much deserving of a standing ovation. I teared up when I saw some of the cast was crying. I found out that in Japan, most audiences are quiet so they were very grateful and thankful for our applause, cheers, and praise I wasn’t sure what to expect with the musical. For some reason I forgot it was a musical and thought it was a live concert with an orchestra playing. Then when I remembered it was a musical, I was like “How are they gonna do this?” They. Did. That. I was amazed by the puppetry, special effects, and animatronics. I was even more so impressed by the singing and dancing. The DANCING. YOOOO. I could tell those were straight up breakers. Then when I researched after, turns out a lot of them are in breaking crews. The choreography was mad intricate and complex yet still in sync and explosive and powerful They used actual lines from the show at times and the overall script and acting were phenomenal This was a show you definitely had to experience in person to understand how well it was done
