Wait, it’s this easy to make a font??

Making a font can be a tedious process—but in this video I'll show you an easy way to create a hand-made version of your favorite font. AND it won't even involve any actual drawing of letters! This process will involve the use of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and the FontSelf plug-in. https://www.fontself.com Throughout my career I've found it incredibly helpful to have a few different fonts based on my lettering to use in designs that I want to feel cohesive with my illustrations. Sometimes I've wanted something even more simple for certain applications—in those applications I've found that having a version of version of a typeface that looks hand drawn blends more naturally into my composition. **Disclaimer: modifying an existing typeface like I do in this video, does not make it my font. I would never sell or distribute a font that I didn’t create from scratch. You shouldn’t either. This font is purely for my personal use in my illustration process. ** 💌 Sign up to my mailing list and get a free download!: https://www.chrispiascik.com/free-dow... 🔍 You can also find me on: 🤳🏻 Instagram:   / chrispiascik   📝 Twitter:   / chrispiascik   🕺🏻 TikTok:   / chris_piascik   👨🏻‍🎨 My website: https://chrispiascik.com 🤷🏻‍♂️ Linktree: https://linktr.ee/chrispiascik 👨‍🎓 FREE Month of Skillshare: https://tinyurl.com/MYSKILLSHARE 🖌 Photoshop/Procreate/Fresco Brushes: https://tinyurl.com/retrosupply DISCLOSURE: I sometimes review and/or link to products & services I have used (or tried).
