A silly argument between Jeff and Sumo escalates until they vow never to speak to each other again. At first Clarence enjoys the separation, now he's always got someone to play with, but eventually he becomes exhausted and must hatch a scheme to get the guys to be friends again. In a world of noise, Clarence is a jar of sunshine, pure and simple. He sees the world only in his favourite colours: goofy grape and neon green. Clarence values his friends Jeff and Sumo and his mother Mary more than gold. No matter what happens, good or bad, nothing brings Clarence down.
