Yes, there is a largely terrific collection of John Eliot Gardiner's recordings, issued by Deutsche Grammophon on 30 CDs. Called "The John Eliot Gardiner Collection," it contains important and excellent performances from his complete Universal catalogue. Needless to say, it's out of print at present (9/21), but you will still want to know which titles constitute the highlights, as many are still available individually..
