The zest of 1 Orange. 120 ml of Orange Juice (1/2 Cup). 4 Eggs (200 gr of liquids). Syrup: 120 ml of water (1/2 Cup). 3 Tbsp Orange Juice. 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice. 90 gr of Sugar (1/2 Cup minus 1 Tbsp). Decoration: Icing sugar. 1 Slice of Orange. Tips and Recommendations: 1. I use the oil to make the cake more moist, but if you like you can substitute the quantity of oil for butter. 2. If you don't have cornstarch, just use 30 grams more of flour instead. 3. The syrup is totally optional. 4. You can decorate like me using icing sugar or you can use a simple glaze by mixing icing sugar with a little orange juice / Water / milk or you can cover the cake with chocolate ganache. 5. If you prefer, you can divide the dough into two 20 cm baking pans, in that case you should check the baking time because will be reduced to about 25 to 30 min.
