It’s interesting how Indians in Taiwan are working in various fields. The community has a lot to teach each other; especially with the possibility of exchanges across so many different sectors. The Employment Gold Card is a platform that provides a visa, ARC, work permit, and multiple re-entry permit all in one. It’s also possible to sponsor dependents like parents or grandparents to stay in Taiwan for one year. The program allows more foreigners to find opportunities to Taiwan in relation to their skills in Science, Technology, IT or other emerging industries. The best advice for working in Taiwan is to keep all your communication channels open. Be proactive and responsible to realize it’s an excellent opportunity not just to work within a company but also to act as a leader and a bridge between the two cultures.
