Second Tuna Trip of the Year
2025 Bluefin Tuna - Trip Two We're back aboard Nomad for our second bluefin tuna trip of 2025. It wasn't a straightforward day. We lost one fish right at the boat, but thankfully managed to land another before heading home. That's tuna fishing, things don't always go to plan. This season I'm fishing aboard Pete's FH40 Nomad. Unfortunately, Forager FH20 didn't receive a commercial tuna licence for 2025, so I'm fishing as crew rather than skipper. Every bluefin tuna featured is caught under a UK commercial licence, allowing these fish to be legally landed. Each fish landed is registered with ICCAT (International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas). Thanks for watching.
