As the CoVid-19 ‘second wave’ has arrived in Calgary (just in time for Christmas!), our patients have asked many great questions. Inquiries about the current science and recommendations to stay healthy at this challenging time – and many more. As well, our physicians, Nurse Practitioner, and multi-disciplinary team are speaking to lots of you who are experiencing huge stress and emotional turbulence as result of the pandemic. We felt it was timely to offer a platform to get answers to these questions and provide some tips for staying healthy emotionally as we approach the holiday season.
