Custom single seat mount and remounting the double bench | EP39 | Ford Transit Campervan Build

In this episode its all about adding seats to my self built campervan. I replace the original Double bench seat with a Singe seat from the rear of a Ford transit Mk 8 minibus, This needed some custom brackets to be made using 100mmx60mmx3mm Steel box section and using M10 8.8 grade bolts. EDIT: signed this has been done the vans has passed two MOT’s without issue. I then moved the original double bench seat in the back of the van and remounted it to the floor using the same steel box section and bolt, additional using 100mmx80mmx5mm steel spreader plates under the vans floor.
