so I buffed the mortar monkey..

Today we're playing BTD 6 and modding the game so the mortar monkey is actually good. Bloons TD 6 has a Mortar Tower which is decent but it's not my favorite tower. That's why Mattcy made a mod to completely change the mortar monkey and make it overpowered.
