Guam's hot sauce fina'denne' recipe! Chamorro finadene goes well with Guam barbecue and red rice -- it's the Chamorro cooking super food. The recipe can vary between northern, central and southern Guam, but CHamoru fina'denne' is simply fina'denne'. This spicy Guam soy sauce is excellent for dipping lumpia, the Filipino version of egg rolls. Fina'denne' seems to be a tough word to spell -- finadene, finadeni, fina'dene. The correct version is fina'denne' -- the stress is at the a and the last e.
