Only 5 Minutes! The Easiest Apple Dessert Ever

🍎 Quick & Aromatic Apple Strudel (no dough making!) This apple strudel is perfect for those moments when you don’t have time to make dough — or when there’s a roll of puff pastry waiting in the fridge. Crispy on the outside, soft, juicy and incredibly aromatic inside. ✨ Ingredients: • 4–5 medium apples (slightly sour are best) • 2–3 tbsp lemon juice • 2 tbsp sugar • 1 tbsp cinnamon • Vanilla or vanilla sugar • 50 g butter • 2 tbsp bread crumbs • Ready-made puff pastry • 1 egg + a little milk (for brushing) How to make: 1️⃣ Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes (or grate on a coarse grater). Sprinkle with lemon juice. 2️⃣ In a pan, melt the butter. Add the apples, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until soft and fragrant. Let cool slightly. 3️⃣ Stir the bread crumbs into the apple filling — they will absorb extra juice. 4️⃣ Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle. Make decorative cuts on the sides or top. 5️⃣ Spread the filling over the pastry and gently roll it into a strudel. 6️⃣ Whisk the egg with a little milk and brush the top. 7️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 45–50 minutes, until golden and crispy.
