Garagenschätze: 600 PS Lancia Delta Integrale – Tobias und die legendäre Berg-Rakete seines Vaters

Today, our Garage Treasures series takes us once again to the Arlberg Race Slalom in Stuben 2026, where Tobias presents his extraordinary Lancia Delta Integrale. Although a technical defect cuts the race day short, the car still generates great enthusiasm. The Lancia was completely rebuilt by Tobias himself over approximately three years. Father and son invested countless hours in the project before Tobias was finally allowed to officially take possession of the race car – a very special moment for the two motorsport enthusiasts. Technically, the Integrale has a lot to offer: The modified Lancia 16V turbo engine delivers 450, 540, or up to 600 hp, depending on the engine map, with around 700 Nm of torque. It also features a custom-developed sequential 5-speed gearbox, a specially built center differential, Kevlar body panels, BC Racing suspension, and numerous other custom-built components. Weighing in at just 1,070 kilograms, the Integrale is perfectly suited for hillclimb racing. Despite a suspected turbocharger failure, Tobias impressively demonstrated the car's potential in its very first run. Now, the focus is on repairs, obtaining the vehicle's logbook, and securing the racing license before the next hillclimb and slalom events. An impressive family project that showcases the passion, expertise, and dedication invested in both historic and modern hillclimb racing. Do you have something special in your garage?
