Last season, while mowing, a large stone weighing about 5 kg got between the rotors of my KR-125 rotary mower. At first glance, the damage seemed insignificant: Broken blades and a torn rotor mount. But after disassembly, a much more serious problem was revealed - the rotor hub was cracked. In this video, I show the complete process of repairing the mower: disassembling the rotor, diagnosing damage, the condition of the shafts and seals, and restoring the cracked hub using a semi-automatic machine. Initially, I planned to order a new part from the manufacturer, but due to the approaching mowing season, I decided to try to repair the old one myself.
