In 2005, the largest ice factory in Europe opened in Cebreros. It has a production capacity of 370 tons per day. It's called ICH (Ice Engineering and Marketing) and is capable of generating more than 6,000,000 ice cubes daily, enough to chill 3,000,000 drinks—if we use an average of two pieces per glass—and to fill approximately 2,100 bathtubs at home.
