Located 10 km from the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast, on the edge of the Borki Forest, lies a farm owned by Masurian Farm. It maintains a herd of Black Angus beef cattle. It is the only farm of its kind in this part of Europe. "We started seven years ago. Modestly, with about 60 broodmares, purchased in Scotland and brought to Poland from there," says Krzysztof Sekściński, manager of the farm, which focuses on producing top-quality beef.
