Thanks for watching my video, as always! ✨🌺 _______________________________________- 🌾BREAD WITH MOTHER DOUGH RECIPE🌾 INGREDIENTS sourdough 50g water 5 g fresh pressed baker's yeast 1 tablespoon sugar, or honey, or molasses 25 g 110 g strong flour Dough 300g water 20 g fresh pressed baker's yeast 540 g strong flour 2 tablespoons THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE 🌾 mother dough Put the water, yeast, sugar and flour in the glass. Knead programming 15 seconds, speed 4. Remove from glass and form a ball. Put in a bowl and cover with warm water. When the ball of dough floats and doubles in volume, it's ready. 🌾Bread dough Put the mother dough, water, yeast, flour and salt in the glass. Knead programming 5 minutes, glass closed, Spike speed. Let stand for 2 hours in the glass or in a large bowl covered with plastic wrap. (Until it doubles its volume). Remove on the floured work surface and form a smooth ball giving the final shape to the bread. Place bread on greased (or parchment-lined) baking sheet. Let stand for about 30 minutes until doubled in volume, cut 1cm deep into a square with a very sharp knife (or scissors) and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 220º Bake for 20 minutes.
