Renato Vieira holds a law degree, an MBA in Marketing, a master's degree and a doctorate in Communication, and over 45 years of experience in national and multinational companies, working in management, superintendency, and director positions. Renata Alberto Varollo is a psychologist with over 20 years of experience in strategic leadership in Human Resources, specializing in human development, corporate mental health, succession planning, diversity, and the promotion of healthy work environments. Together, they bring a combination of academic knowledge, executive experience, and practical vision to the challenges of contemporary organizations.
