DIY DRILL POWERED TONGUE JACK FOR A TRAILER

I had an idea because I don't like using a hand crank to raise and lower jacks, I wanted to make them powered. I have seen powered systems for the tongue jack, but that didn't address the 4 other jacks that are used to stabilize the trailer once in place. I decided a DIY battery-powered impact driver drill might just be the solution for raising and lowering the tongue jack and the other jacks. All will use a 3/4 Impact Bit. I purchased a Ridged initially and it worked great on the jacks for the back of the trailer that were essentially just putting pressure on the bottom to keep it from moving. They really weren't lifting any weight. I never had a chance to use it on the front, because when I saw the Milwaukee on sale, I jumped on it and returned the Ridgid. The Milwaukee M18 had about double the ft-lbs of torque and more is better right?
