Now on to the food! A lot of questions come my way about snacking and cheat days, but i've always said healthy living is a lifestyle that I don't feel like I need to take any time away from. There are so many amazingly simple, yet creative snack options like Chia Seed Pudding or even something as simple as Date Balls. There are so many options that I'm going to start introducing to all of you as we go into the summer months. What do you guys think about making my vlogs more focused around food? xx Sanne Ingredients: 1.Berry Dates Balls -1 cup packed pitted dates ( about 190g) -2/3 cup raw cashews ( 60g) -1/2 cup dried goji berries 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract -2 teaspoon of chia seed -Shredded coconut 2.Chiaseed pudding with raspberry compote ½ cup of almond milk ( or any other plant based milk) 2 tablespoons of chiaseed 1 teaspoon of honey Topping: coconut yoghurt & Raspberry compote ( Raspberry compote: Add frozen raspberries to pan with some maple syrup, cook until soft) 3. Dates filled with Tahini or with Almond butter + walnut or any kind of nut Follow me!
