My MAGIC trick to overcome Motion Sickness

In this video, I’m getting real about the "ugly" side of my journey from passenger to captain. During my second and third flight lessons in the Bristell B23, I hit a major wall: severe motion sickness. From dealing with turbulence and winter "sliding" landings to the literal moment I had to hand over the controls to my instructor because of a sick bag, I’m sharing it all. More importantly, I’m sharing the "magic" mindset shift that helped me go from almost quitting to performing side slips and an assisted landing—completely puke-free.
