It never goes quite to plan

I have been a bit cheeky in the film to respond to a Youtuber who believes shops must offer more services while at the same time complaining at the prices we charge. This loco gave me a perfect example of why these jobs are never as easy as they look. In the end I charged £6 per hour for this work.
