Suicide Is Not a Choice | Why I Created My Own Mental Health Nonprofit?
Day 22 of running and walking across America for men’s mental health. In this video, I wanted to explain what Walk With Me Brother actually is, why I started it, and why this mission matters so much to me. This was never about records, ego, or proving anything. I’ve been at rock bottom. I know what depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicidal thoughts can do to a man. I also know what it feels like to finally ask for help and slowly start fighting your way back. Walk With Me Brother was created to cut through the silence, the stigma, and the fake idea that men have to carry everything alone. It’s about walking, talking, brotherhood, honesty, and giving someone hope when they can’t see it for themselves. My goal was always simple: help one person. If this journey does that, every painful mile is worth it. Please reach out to someone if you’re struggling. Talk to a friend, a family member, a therapist, or a trusted crisis line. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 for support. And if you’re able to today, get outside. Walk for 20 minutes. Call someone. Hold the door. Give someone a compliment. Do one small thing that makes the world a little kinder.
