In many underdeveloped and underserviced #lowincome #communities such as #capeflats often times the parents of #Matriculants are not able to provide for them on their special Matric Farwell event. In this episode we followed #TEAMHOPEY of the #NCC who have gone out of their way to ensure they help the parents to provide for their young learners.
