How my husband and I organized this Adjustment of Status packet, sent it to USCIS then I've got a conditional Green Card Within 3 months. GREEN CARD TIMELINE: AOS Filed on & mailed on October 20, 2021 Received package on October 22, 2021 Biometrics notice i797C received in the mail on October 29, 2021 Biometric scheduled on October 30, 2021 Case approved on January 21, 2021 Card is produced on January 27, 2021 Card is mailed and delivered by post office on January 29, 2021 NOTE : USCIS fees will be changed in April 2024. Started April 2024 : The fees for I-131 & I-765 is not free anymore when you submit with Adjustment of Status application.
