Updated Arcanist Tank Build (with Scribing Skills)

About 8 months ago I put out a video of my personal Elder Scrolls Online Arcanist Tank that I run in content. When the arcanist class released I leveled and built my arcanist tank right on stream, and many people asked me to make a breakdown video. I did and now that its been out for approx 8 months, and its time to update the build. Over the last 8 months I have molded this build, with the help of chat, and so many great suggestions from people in the community. I've tested countless set ups and tried so many different combos of skills and sets. I think at this point I have reached my favorite set up as an arcanist tank so far!!! Now that scribing has been released, we have several new skills that we can add to our tool belt, and in this video I want to show you how I optimize my arcanist tank build. I have put this build through the ringer, its ran so many dungeon trifectas, trial hard modes, and pug group dungeons/trials. Sometimes it feels unstoppable. But I do state in the video that I am NOT making the claim this is the best arcanist tank build. It's my arc tank build, it's what is comfortable for me. I do hope you enjoy the video.
