To convert numbers in base10 that has decimal parts, you need to group the number in to two parts, the whole number part and the decimal number part. Then you can convert them separately. For the whole number part, convert it to the assigned base using the normal procedure. But for the decimal number part, you have to perform a successive Multiplication of the number by the assigned base, then you remove the whole number before carrying out the next Multiplication, then the set of whole number you have collected from the first to the last is your new base. And collectively join the two conversations starting with the whole number part and separate them with point.
