Founder Summit in Wiesbaden, camera crew in tow, mind open, energy receptive. For me, this wasn't your typical trade fair visit. It wasn't about just walking through, shaking a few hands, and then saying, "That was a good event." It was about real conversations. New contacts. Fascinating people. Powerful presentations. And those moments when you realize: New perspectives are emerging. A particular highlight was visiting Falko Nowak. He'd already been a guest on my podcast, and this time we got to experience him live at the Founder Summit. At his booth, during his presentation, completely in his element. That fits perfectly with my podcast, "Behind the Success." Because success often looks easy from the outside. But if you look closer, you see decisions, courage, networking, discipline, and a hell of a lot of hard work. For me, it's clear: Growth doesn't just happen in the office. Growth also happens where you go out, connect with inspiring people, and take away new ideas. That's exactly what the Founder Summit was great for. Many thanks to Marvin!
