We Don't Need a Written Constitution but Constitutionalism: Faizan Mustafa

On the Republic Day episode of Prime Time, Ravish Kumar talks about the Constitution of India with Prof Faizan Mustafa, VC, NALSAR University of Law. Dr Mustafa says that we don't necessarily need a written down Constitution to ensure that there is equality and civic justice in the country. He says that citizens should be able to easily comprehend and follow the Constitution. "We wanted everything to be written down in the Constitution.
