Can you wrap a car with Awful paint? | Vinyl Wrapping The TT

Hey everyone, Today we are starting the long road that is wrapping the TT. This has the potential to either go very well or horribly wrong, and it is all dependent on how the paint behaves. This car was resprayed by the previous owner with 0 prep, and consequently it's paint is currently peeling. As an amateur, I've always wondered if it was possible to wrap a car with peeling paint, so today we are going to give it a try.
