InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto | Top Hotels in Melbourne Australia
The InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto is a 5 star hotel in the heart of Melbourne CBD on Collins Street. The hotel has 253 guest rooms ranging from the deluxe up to their suite rooms. Location wise, it is walking distance to the Yarra River including Southbank and the Crown Casino. For transport it’s nearby the Southern Cross Station as well as the trams that run down Collins Street. It’s also easy to catch a taxi out the front of the hotel. Facilities at the InterContinental Melbourne include an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. It has the Market Lane Bar for drinks, the Bluestone Wine Lounge for coffee, snacks and other drinks. Or dine in its great restaurant Alluvial. For the menu have a look at the video. It is also where they serve up the buffet breakfast. Rooms at the InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto start from around 240 AUD (depending on dates etc.). If you’re an IHG rewards member you may be able to get discounts. Have a look at the hotels own website or comparison sites such as Trivago, HotelsCombined or even TripAdvisor if they have any discounted room rates. In the video I reviewed both the deluxe room and Junior Suite Rooms. If you are looking for one of the top hotels in Melbourne, The InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto is a good choice. As far a luxury hotels go, I didn’t find it as good as so the Langham Hotel Melbourne or the Sofitel Hotel in Melbourne. Not to say the InterContinental isn’t good, it’s just a notch down from some of the other luxury hotels in Melbourne. It’s a hotel that I can recommend staying at. If you are looking where to stay in Melbourne please check out my other hotel reviews I’ve done in my channel. *All rates and conditions subject to change without notice, please check with the hotel directly for latest info. ------ Cameras I currently use.
