Day Out With Thomas - NSW Rail Museum - Thirlmere, NSW, 15th/16th March 2025

Across the weekend 15th/16th March 2025, Transport Heritage NSW and the NSW Rail Museum hosted their first Day Out With Thomas event for the year. Thought it was fitting to attend one of these events this year as it is the 80th Anniversary! Also this event was a lot more All Engines Go themed, and moved away from the Classic Faces that have been used for several years prior. Also, a massive well done to the team at the Railway Museum, 2705 as James looks pretty awesome! Activities included: -Steam Locomotive 2705 as James - Thirlmere to Buxton Shuttles -CPH Railmotor No.18 as Toby - Thirlmere Station to the Roundhouse Shuttles -Steam Locomotive 1803 as Thomas the Tank Engine On Display/Cab Visits -Miniature Train Rides with Thomas and James -Static Displays dressed as Emily, Percy and Hiro inside the Museum & Much More!
