Ingredients 500 grams shrimp ¼ cup butter 6 cloves garlic ( minced ) 3 pieces salted eggs ( mashed with or without the egg whites ) ½ cup coconut milk Chilies ( for spice ) ½ teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon sugar Oil for sauteing Steps: Prepare the shrimps; cut and remove the whiskers and legs. Devein using a toothpick, then give these a wash. On a pan, heat some oil and add in the shrimps. Cook until it turns orange. Set aside. In the same pan at low heat; melt butter and saute garlic until aromatic. Mix in salted eggs, cook and mash these more. Pour in coconut milk and mix until creamy and thick. Add in the chillies, paprika, pepper, and sugar. Mix and cook for a few minutes until the sauce looks a bit more orange.Toss in the sautéed shrimps and mix until these are well coated.
