Heaving low end, massive kick drums, and hypnotic vocal commands appear on all three cuts yet each embrace a different intention. ‘Modafinil’ is an almost straight up old school rave homage with searing acid lines, whereas ‘Fabrication’ takes a subtle step into deeper spaces with eery pads and ‘Observation’ into heavier territory where sonic blasts meet strobe lights. As if that wasn’t enough, DEAS returns after his hot new ‘Velocity’ EP and reworks ‘Modafinil’ into a psychedelic, late night undertaking that is sure to cause a frenzy every single time.
