Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 20 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Crack the oven door and let cool inside. Per bun: ~75 kcal (makes 12 buns) 📋 TUNA-AVOCADO SALAD: Olive oil 1 zucchini, diced Pinch of salt Pinch of black pepper 1 can tuna in its own juice Bunch of parsley, chopped Green onions, chopped 1 avocado, diced 1 tbsp lemon juice Sauté zucchini in olive oil with salt for a couple of minutes.
