Chaque année, en septembre , l'Université d'Orléans, en collaboration avec le CROUS d'Orléans-Tours, met en place avec le soutien de la Ville d'Orléans et de la Région Centre-Val de Loire un dispositif multiservices dont l'objectif est de permettre aux étudiants étrangers d’effectuer toutes les démarches administratives nécessaires à leur séjour d’études en France et à leur bonne intégration. Le principe du guichet unique : permettre aux étudiants de venir effectuer toutes leurs démarches administratives à un seul et même endroit. Animé par la Direction des Relations Internationales et les services des Relations Internationales en composante, ainsi que par des étudiants français et étrangers multilingues recrutés spécifiquement, le Guichet Unique informe et répond aux questions liées à la mobilité internationale telles que la recherche d’un logement, des informations sur le transport, toute démarche administrative : paiement de la Contribution à la Vie Etudiante et du Campus (CVEC), assurances, réglementation du travail, affiliation à l'Assurance Maladie, validation du titre de séjour, etc. L'équipe conseille les étudiants dans leurs premières démarches et les oriente ensuite vers les différents partenaires sur place. Led by the International Relations Department and the component International Relations departments, as well as by specially recruited multilingual French and foreign students, the Single Window informs and answers questions related to international mobility such as finding accommodation, information on transport, all administrative procedures: payment of the Contribution to Student and Campus Life (CVEC), insurance, work regulations, affiliation to Health Insurance, validation of residence permit, etc. The team advises students in their first steps and then directs them to the various partners on site.
