That wasn’t a surprise. What caught everyone off guard is how much changed between Budget Night and the final legislation. The version announced on 12 May and the version that passed are not the same thing. Sections were deleted, rewritten, and added. The Greens managed to slip in a clause nobody saw coming. I’ve already done a full breakdown of the original Budget, so go back and watch that one for the background. Today I’m only covering what changed from Budget to law, and what those changes mean for your investment property. Things that looked serious then look less serious now. Areas that weren’t affected before got caught in the crossfire. Save this one. Every property decision you make from here starts with what’s in this video. 00:00 TAX BILL PASSED NEW RULES NEW GAME 01:06 What Changed in the Bill 10:00 Impact on Property Prices and Rents 12:05 What You Should Do Now 14:34 Wrapping Up --------------------------------------------------- ✅45 minutes Blueprint Session & Your Personal Property Investment Blueprint 👉FREE for the first few spots this month (Normally $550) 👉https://auspropertystrategy.com/bluep... --------------------------------------------------- ✅15-minute Free Consultation | https://bit.ly/45qTFFC ✅Deposit Calculator | https://bit.ly/4joJCGa ✅Ownership Structure Guidelines | https://bit.ly/3YQ1XDr ✅Blueprint Session | https://auspropertystrategy.com/bluep... ✅VISION Gold Membership | https://bit.ly/4owLuiz ✅VISION Aquisitions | https://bit.ly/4oFRV3d ✅Live Webinar - APS Market Insights | https://bit.ly/45xYtrI --------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer This channel and its publication contain information about property investment and or the property itself.
