1982: Fitness guru Richard Simmons joins 'Midday AM' for a cooking demonstration

Fitness guru Richard Simmons made several appearances on KSDK in the 1980s and 1990s. In this clip from "Midday AM" in July 1982, Simmons joins hosts Clif St. James and Denise D'Ascenzo to promote his new book and an appearance in St. Louis. He's also presented with a cake in honor of his 34th birthday.
