How to Play Maiden Voyage [the REAL Book is Wrong] Harmonic Analysis and Scale Choice

It's a 4 chord tune, and sits really nicely in the modal family, and is predominantly dealing with Mixolydian sounds. EXCEPT, there is a chord in there which the soloists reliably treat as a minor chord, and the Real Book doesn't indicate this - it's the C#/Db, and instead of treating it as a Sus chord, George Coleman etc treat it like a Dorian minor chord...I dunno who this might help, but if it's one person, I guess it's not a total waste of time?
