Today we reach the ninth and final day of the Novena to Our Lady of Mount Carmel, culminating this beautiful journey of prayer under the mantle of our Heavenly Mother. During these nine days, through the intercession of Mary, we have presented to God our families, the sick, the deceased, young people, priests, vocations, sinners, world peace, and all our needs. Today we wish to thank her for all the graces received and place our lives once again in her hands. On this final day, we will meditate on the perseverance of the Virgin Mary, an example of fidelity and absolute trust in God. We will renew our consecration to Our Lady of Mount Carmel and ask her never to abandon us on the path of faith, to strengthen our hope in difficult times, and to always lead us to Jesus Christ, our Savior. This final prayer is an opportunity to give thanks, to trust, and to renew our commitment to living the Gospel each day.
