🕯️ The Realm of Aethoria – Old School Essentials Actual Play 📺 Gods of the Forbidden North – Episode 11 🗓 LIVE Thursday, June 25th at 7:00 PM EST The Company of Hearthhollow has entered Morkaal’s Tomb. Last session, the party reached the storm-battered sea cliffs and found the ancient landing they had been searching for: petroglyphs carved into wet stone, a pale statue watching over the surf, and massive doors shaped like the jaws of some forgotten beast. The Eye of J’Karaa fit the statue’s socket, but the old mechanism would not fully wake. So the Company found another way in. Beyond a western balcony, they climbed into frost-skinned tunnels, shattered the dead before they could rise, and followed the old stone passages deeper into the tomb. There they found a burial chamber torn open by an underground river, a jade ring taken from a drowned sarcophagus, and an orange gem that now burns with steady light in the dark. The riddle has begun to make sense. The servant names seem to hide Morkaal’s name inside them. Kalaborm. Ralamaka. Pieces of an old order waiting to be pressed, turned, or understood. Now the Company stands before towering bronze doors. From the left door, a rotting unliving arm reaches out. It does not strike. It does not point. It offers its hand. 🧿 The tomb remembers its master 💀 The servants still know their place 🚪 And some doors do not open for free ⚔️ THE COMPANY OF HEARTHHOLLOW Dirk (Silverquick) — Human Fighter Walks toward danger like hesitation is a personal insult.
