Stability of Laminar Flows and Transition to Turbulence — Lesson 2
This video lesson describes stable flows as those that withstand a disturbance and return to their original state. In unstable fluid flows, any small disturbance results in visually noticeable flow changes, which eventually lead to the laminar-turbulent transition stage.
